Carpe Diem Partners is a specialist property funds management business, offering select investors access to high quality direct property investments through a syndicated structure with in excess of $100M gross funds under management. We recognise that attractive or high yield which is backed by stable and dependable rental cashflow is a very important component of investment strategy for many investors who rely on income for their retirement and SMSF strategies. We also additionally target investment into regional accommodation properties which are high yield and offer value add opportunities. We currently have three separate regional accommodation funds.
Carpe Diem additionally targets opportunity for long term capital growth of the property its funds invest in. Income and capital growth over the long term are the key elements to real estate total return.
The founders of Carpe Diem Partners have long term multi decade experience within the commercial real estate sector. Their combined experience includes;

- Heading Australian real estate for a leading global investment bank
