Carpe Diem Partners is a specialist property funds management business, offering select investors access to high quality direct property investments through a syndicated structure with in excess of $150M gross funds under management. We recognise that attractive or high yield which is backed by stable and dependable rental cashflow is a very important component of investment strategy for many investors who rely on income for their retirement and SMSF strategies. We also additionally target investment into regional accommodation properties which are high yield and offer value add opportunities. We currently have three separate regional accommodation funds.

The Boulevard Mildura Motor inn was acquired in late 2021. We renovated the pool and exterior, tripled revenue and profit, sold off the adjoining house block, and leased out the restaurant. This demonstrates our active management. Investors benefitted from a 42% p.a return.
