We are pleased to advise our latest opportunity – the Carpe Diem Real Income Fund (CDRIF) is open for investment to wholesale investors and is SMSF compliant.  

CDRIF is an open ended investment Fund which targets an investor distribution yield of at least RBA cash rate plus 3.65%, being 8.0% at the time of offer opening.  This compares to 4.0% for most 18 month bank investment rates.

The Fund focusses on investments directly or indirectly back by real assets (property and infrastructure).  APPLICATIONS NOW OPEN
